Axis, Avigilon and any ONVIF camera join a site on their own once the SmartHub is on the network; their on-board analytics flow with no rules to rewrite. Cameras without analytics get detection from the hub.
Nothing opens inbound. The hub connects out over TLS; live video stays on your network when the viewer is on it. There is no continuous recording to store or to defend.
